Drawing of a pond and wildflowers, with the word "Shavuot" at the top

In honor of Shavuot, join us on the farm for a shabbes full of learning, crafting, singing, playing, swimming, and heartfelt ritual. Together we will complete and dedicate our Torah ark, and enjoy a day of rest and camraderie.

We will be camping, and there is also indoor space to roll out sleeping bags or air mattresses. There is 1 bed that can be used for access needs. Let us know when you register if you need to borrow camping gear or to sleep in the bed.

✨✨ Join us for part or all of the retreat ✨✨ Everyone is welcome! ✨✨ Kids can run around and explore the farm! ✨✨

Access: This location is wheelchair accessible. Please reach out to Laurel Simkoff with any accessibility questions.

According to Midrash, every single Jewish soul was at Mt Sinai when we received the Torah.

We trembled at the foot of the mountain, as part of a mixed multitude committed to dreaming up a new world, different than what we had left behind.
This year when we reach Mt Sinai, we will dedicate our Torah ark by creating and installing her ner tamid. We will also create our own ner tamids to take home with us.
What is a ner tamid?
1. The Eternal Light we hang above the torah ark
2. Our own soul / internal compass / commitments
